Good idea for a clinic (geared to people on low incomes), but they need some serious work! They have a $10 transportation service where they will pick up your pet, take it to their clinic to do what needs to be done, then bring it back to you. They were over AN HOUR late dropping my very sick cat back home to me - no phone call to let us know they were running late, and when I tried calling the clinic, no answer. I eventually got a hold of the hospital manager, Laurie, who told me to arrange my own transportation next time! A few days later in the mail, we get a letter from them saying they will no longer be providing service to my pets. I did nothing wrong! I have since found out I am not the only one who has had an unpleasant experience with them. Also, they totally overcharged me. I paid $20+tax for a bag of IV fluids that was DONATED to them by a hospital. I later found a specialty store that only charges $4.50 total for the same thing! How is that helpful to people on low incomes?
