Place De L'Authion

The building is infested with cockroaches and bed bugs (you see them crawling on walls and ceilings in the hallways yet they say that if your apartment has any you're the dirty one). The elevators are constantly broken and there is no way to take the stairs up. The buzzer has been broken for over two years and has never been fixed despite the large amount of complaints so there is no way to open the door for anyone except by physically going down and opening the door which is a hazard for emergency services. Faulty fire alarm system that goes off at least twice a month and most of the times in the middle of the night. The administration is rude and completely unorganized. They are constantly sending notices saying you haven't paid rent forcing you to go to the office during their opening hours, which I use loosely because they are never there, to make photocopies of your receipt (which they sometimes also lose). Kids are constantly screaming in hallways. Would highly unrecommend.
