Called the number 647-341-3162, the lady who picked up the phone was not at all helpful, VERY IMPATIENT and EXTREMELY RUDE!!!I first called to inquiry about how to book the elevator and what form the fill out, she did not really answer my question so I had to call again later to confirm some details and change the booking time. Her first response was " we already talked about this" ?? like what??? she then gave me another contact number asking me to call, and respond my "thank you very much for your help" with very impatient "OKAYYYY BYE BYE..BYE BYE". omg lady, please improve your customer service skill and until then, whomever is in charge literally should not let this lady pick up the phone anymore.
