Fraudulent online seller: false advertising and horrendously rude “customer service.” Unfortunately I didn’t Google reviews before making an online purchase: but I will add to the one star reviews here in hopes of helping other shoppers avoid the headache! I ordered a simple ring online. After about three weeks with no updates, I e-mailed a short, polite e-mail enquiring about my order status. After I received no reply, I phoned the number on the website. Someone answered with just “hello” (not a business name), and I clarified “is this Silver Arrow Jewelry?” She confirmed it was and I politely explained that I was just looking for a status update for my online order. She said “It’s fine” and hung up... without even taking my order number or name! At this point I began to suspect this was a fraudulent business...
