It pains me to give even 1 star, as they do not deserve it. , My experience with Garret Schous was awful. He was unprofessional, rude and would ignore emails when it was convenient for him to do so. Even my own insurance adjuster commented on his lack of professionalism. I was shocked to find out that he was part owner of this company...I cannot speak for all the agents at Midwest Claims Services, but if he is one of two people running the company I would steer clear. It's not worth the headache.
