My name is Terry Burak and I am a St Albert Real Estate Agent. My interest in Real Estate began 30 years ago when I purchased my first house, a pre-1950’s semi-bungalow which I extensively renovated and sold for three times the purchase price two years later. The next two homes that I owned were also fixer uppers that I renovated and sold for a profit. Fortunately I was able to do most of the renovation work myself.
The most ambitious project and most profitable was a cabin that my wife and I had built from scratch on land that no one seemed to want. Currently we live in a home that we have renovated over the last 18 years. All of these real estate experiences have provided me with knowledge that I use to benefit my real estate clients.
