I have worked with Johnny Lawson (Humanitas Learning and Development) for several years at Supply Chain Management where he was responsible for the development and creation of training solutions for our hourly workforce. He has demonstrated wonderful initiative and a positive attitude and was a partner to the operations. All qualities that have made him a valuable member of our team. Among many initiatives Johnny identified a need for a stronger and more robust orientation and on-boarding process for our new hires. He collaborated with Operations Leadership to create a persuasive proposal that revamped our on-boarding process to increase understanding of roles and responsibilities, improved safety, increased productivity, and reduced turnover. This project alone led to savings for the company more than $300,000.00 over 3 years.
