Sunrise/Canvas Apartments

If I could give it 0 stars, I would! They don't care about their tenants, at all!!! Building managers & maintenance people ignore phone calls & take days to respond, they advertise renovated suites starting at $1020, but they're "not available" so you get stuck with a non-renovated P.O.S. suite that has no heat, bathroom taps that don't work or leak everywhere, holes in the floors so you have to smell everything coming from the apartment below you & the stench then clings to your belongings, no functioning buzzer so you have to go let visitors in, and you have to pay more than what they charge for a renovated suite. This place is a joke - I wouldn't recommend renting here to my worst enemy!!!
