Ebizo is my go-to place when I'm craving sushi. They make the freshest, most delicious rolls in Victoria. Must-tries are the spicy tuna roll, dynamite roll and the tuna tataki. Expect a wait unless you come early or have reservations but the wait is worth it. I also enjoy the quaint cozy atmoshere.
