Pearl Cleaners

I’ve never been treated SO POORLY by a service provider in my life!! Simply appalled by the owner’s behavior…. I came to pearl cleaners to dry clean a coat, a blazer, a shirt and fix the button on a pair of jeans. They Dragged me on 7 separate occasions (each time, taking the subway) to that dry cleaners before my order was ready (every week they told me to come back the following week and promised it would be ready – each time with a different excuse). Even in the end, one of the items was given to me with a stain (that wasn't there before!) and even though I immediately called back to complain and the owner told me to come in, when I did come in with the item, the owner said he can't take responsibility for things that left the cleaners and will not clean the item - why not tell me that over the phone??? In the end, he has the gall to call the security guard on me!!! After all this – the owner doesn’t even apologize ONCE! If you value your time and money – stay away from this place!
