the front desk lady was the RUDEST lady I met. My husband's jury duty may was extended. Because the clinic closes on Fri, Sat, and Sun, we do not have chance to call her to cancel. Today I helped my husband to cancel it, the lady was quite inpatient and did not listen to me. I am okay with the punished fee, she could just tell me about the policy instead of questioning me first in such an attitude. I was not lying!!!!!!
