I live downtown toronto and my fancoil was not working. I called APT. A serviceman named Jonathan came who was clean cut and very professional. After listening to the unit cycle and a bit of troubleshooting he immediately found the problem. It was my actuator and cartridge. Jonathan repaired it and told me exactly what it's function was. He very thorough and efficient. APT Heating and Cooling gave me a great price as well. It's been 3 months now and my fancoil is working perfectly. I highly recommend them if you live I'm a condo in Toronto or the GTA area.
