We made our first batch of wine this past fall/winter. We were very happy with the information and guidance that was provided to us. Our wine was wonderful and they provided suggestions on making our wine better and figuring out when or what we like through testing/drinking it every month. The bottling process was rather slow for us, but being our first time they were patient with us and didn't kick us out. Great wine place and recommended.
