The Walper Terrace Hotel and their cafe that is located inside for anyone interested in a nice meal, is absolutely exquisite! Sitting in the beautiful architecture of the Walper Terrace, while enjoying a phenomenal meal makes for a lovely evening. The atmosphere and ambience makes it perfect for a romantic night out, and their food is just incredible. They have a lovely steak meal with garlic mashed potatoes that would just melt in your mouth. Also, the upstairs has a lovely little cafe where you can sit and read the newspaper, or grab something to go. They normally have a really good coffee and muffin deal and since their coffee is as good as it is, and all their baked goods are made on site, it is a steal! I love this place and recommend it to anyone in the downtown of Kitchener!
