Fixed my ring, even though I had refused the estimate on the date she had said to call. Excuses were offered (called too late, husband made a mistake, etc), but offered no apology or real discount. Said she would keep the ring to give to her daughter if I didn't pay. Feel I was scammed. The work on the ring was very well done, however.
