This company treats it's clients terribly. I recently made an inquiry for my insurance to change coverage and without discussing it with me they cancelled my home insurance and gave me 30 days notice only for inquiring on adding coverage to it that they do not offer. They did not give me any options beside cancel the account. I spoke with a manger who said it was a mistake and it wouldn't happen again and it was all dealt with and it would no longer be an issue. The next day they called and said because the "mistake" already went into the system I had to send them a letter explaining the situation with my signature otherwise my insurance would be cancelled effective 30 days. This company is not work the time you are better off shopping around for something MUCH better. I know I did
