Brought in a portable generator requiring general cleaning and maintenace. As well, was not starting, was backfiring. Wanted it working. Were supposed to call with an estimate. Never heard from them until it was ready for pick-up. Picked up, brought home, did not work, still backfiring. They did the minimum maintenance, and did not repair the problem.
