They use cheap parts that cause other issues that you didn't have in the first place. I took my car somewhere else and when they put in mid range parts the noises were gone. Just steer clear of this place, half the time they can't figure out whats wrong with your car, they have poor business hours, booking an appointment can take a week or longer and even when you specifically mention you need a drive they will either give you trouble about it when you drop your car off or they'll just flat out refuse. Check google reviews for some other people who were disappointed with them too.
