We prepaid for the season in May of 2013. Lawn mowing was done maybe 3 times all season. They returned only one of the numerous calls we made to them and that was only after we threatened to take them to small claims court. They then assured us the lawn mowing would be done regularly and offered free snow removal during the winter months as compensation for not having done the paid for job up to that point. That was a month ago and we're still waiting for the lawn to be mowed. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and (In)Complete Yard Care failed to respond to any of the three inquiries made by that agency.
