Horrible company.For their shady hiring practices to their lack of availability to reach out to management for issues for guards, this is one security company that should be shut down. My first two paycheques were wrong and the promises they made when they hired me never materialized. I left VanGuard when I came to the realization I would be nothing more than a patrolling warm-bodied security guard forever with this company.
