The first time I went there, I had a problem with the audio in my car (it was a bit wonky sounding) after waiting a bit, the guy helped me and spent about 20min or more tweaking the AMP and everything else, and after finishing, did not charge me anything at all. I decided to go back and give them my business due to his act of kindness when I thought I had 3/4 blown speakers. They addressed the speakers (which was some popped out cords) and noticed my AMP was not mounted or anything yet, so they went and mounted the AMP (finally I have my trunk space back lol). The price came to about $100 or so, which I figured is fair as I notice Bestbuy Geek Squad charges $119.99 +tax (and that's just the US price, CDN price it will probably be more). I will eventually go back to get a subwoofer installed - I will be going to this place for my car audio needs, I've always been the type of person to feel that an act of kindness can go a long way so I hope they continue being kind to their customers.
