Extremely disappointed. Booked and paid for flights to Europe on their recommendations then had to cancel due to the terrorists threats developing in France and Italy. I was not properly informed or counseled on cancellation fees no was I ever offered cancellation insurance. I feel like I was led down a dark ally and mugged. One leg of the flight was totally non refundable and was booked through a second class carrier. None of this was ever fully explained to us. In the end I received, (after all the hidden cancellation fees) way less than half the total cost.Travelers BEWARE. They don't deserve the 1 Star I was obligated to give them.
