Avon Canada (Ontario)

I am happy with the Avon products but I am not happy with my last 2 reps. My first rep. was wonderful. She quit selling & I was assigned to another representative who was excellent until she quit selling. The problem was that she did not notify me she had quit and did not reply to my e-mail when I e-mailed her an order and repeated e-mails. I was then assigned another representative. She is not very organized. There is no order by date on the catalogue and when I get e-mailed that my order is in she doesn't tell me how much I owe and I have to e-mail her back. This week I received an e-mail that my order was in (no amount) and could it be delivered to me at 7 on Monday. I replied yes. She came earlier than 7 when I was not available. Asking by e-mail what time she could deliver the next day I could not give an exact time. I was told that if I wanted my order I would have to pick it up before 5 at her work as she was too busy to accommodate my schedule. Not ordering anymore
