Poor service, low knowledge level of Audi brand. This guy is so negative all the time - I only took my vehicles there because he was close to home.' I dreaded calling him each time as he was rude and negative each time. Treated me like I was stupid. Didn't want to work on any of my Audis because he lacked the knowledge. The last straw was that he put a large dent in the door of my vintage Audi TT and would not take responsibility for it. Stay away if you value your car.
