Howard Jewellers

Poor workmanship, lack of customer service & no compensation. My diamond was set incorrectly, it was crooked and loose. I also paid to have the ring resized and they didn't do that either. For fear of losing the expensive stone, I was without my engagement ring on my wedding day. Staff promised to "call right back" but never did. Emails went unanswered. I just wanted to wear my wedding ring and I wasn't getting anywhere with Howards, so I finally took the ring to another jeweller to get it fixed at MY OWN expense (and b/c I didn't trust Howards to do it properly). Howards apologized to me, but won't offer any compensation. I'm sure this doesn't happen in all cases at the their store, but for me, once was too many! I won't return.
