Wag A Way Kennels Limited

I took my dog from a grooming yesterday (Jan 22) to the new location on Dundas St. Walking up the stairs towards the entrance there were 2 dog turds on the ground. When I entered the office I was greeted by a stench of urine that was incredibly strong. When I returned to pick my dog up at 4 pm the same dog turds were still on the ground. The lady that greeted me was incredibly rude. She charged me for 2 dogs and brought them out. Neither of them were mine. The grooming was fine but the customer service and uncleanliness was enough that I will not be returning.
