I'll never return to this place ever again... everything from the customer service to the skills of the stylists is horrific! This was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I took a chance going here because my regular stylists was not in town...I went in asking for a Balayage hair color and walked out of there with a poorly done orange Ombre, I even showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted and still she wasn't able to figure it out. I went back after a few days asking her to fix my hair color and she only made it worst and wouldn't admit that she had colored half my hair orange and half blonde. The stylists was totally inexperience and didn't know what she was doing (she had written Balashe next to my name, didn't even know the spelling or the procedure/technique that needed to be done) I paid over $220 for a mediocre job that looked like I had done myself at home or worst. I walked out this place feeling frustrated and unsatisfied I was nearly crying when I looked at my hair in the mirror.
