West Care Medical Limited

West Care Medical Ltd, repeatedly, offered me a used CPAP machine claiming it was new. They continually claimed to have paperwork that confirmed the "new" status but then kept refusing to provide it to me. They also, again and again, provided questionable and conflicting information to me. Numerous commitments to me, both verbal and written, were not kept. After 4 months of dealing with different personnel, from the respiratory therapist to the VP of Operations, I finally contacted Health Canada. When the associated paperwork was finally produced, it was clear that the machine was not new. In my opinion, West Care Medical Ltd lacks integrity and professionalism and does not respect or value their customers. I would never recommend this company.
