I am a big fan of Sobey's in the Maritimes. Mainly because their deals are better here. Sobey's was founded in Atlantic Canada, and they keep their deals close to home. Every other week it would appear they are either offering dollar days or BOGO free. This location also happens to have student discount Tuesdays (that they extend throughout the summer). They have a very good bakery and seafood section. They also have a large gluten free and organics area. If you are looking for food that meets certain dietary standards, definitely checkout Sobey's.
