Bob's Taxi

This company used to be pretty good now with the few exceptions of course of the wonderful kind drivers which I'm sad to say are so few this company has gone down the dumps I waited an hour today with thawing groceries in 25° heat to be told I was not even dispatched a driver after waiting a half hr to wait another half hr for them to be sent to the wrong address I was lucky to even get the cab as I had to walk even further with a bunch of groceries hoping he wouldn't leave they have no pride in their work they do not pay attention they do not have respect in many situations I've become quite disgusted with their service and as soon as hrm gets Uber I will no longer be a customer if you have an alternative to taking a cab then take it because you will most likely be disappointed
