Victoria Chinese Restaurant

It's seems like it is supposed to be a fancy Chinese restaurant in the middle of downtown. I was expecting it to be better but it just seems like any typical Chinese dim sum restaurant. The decor looks very old fashioned and you can tell it's been there for many years, even the sign on the outside looks like it's from the 70s. The dim sum dishes (rice rolls, siu mai, shrimp dumplings, sticky rice, etc) are exactly the kind you can get anywhere else, plus it's a little more expensive than average. You can get much better value at other restaurants around the city and not have to find parking in downtown.
