Called for pick up that never came last month (forgot until I had to book another ride that I remembered who NOT to call...) Were told it was a 20 min wait which we agreed to but they didn't show. Finally a lady (complete stranger!) offered me and my son a ride with our groceries once we stood in the cold until after 7pm or so b4 we called the second time and were told they weren't coming at all and that the other person we booked with shouldn't have told us that!...will ALWAYs remember this taxi # but for a not great reason...
