Often when I leave Downtown on the way back to Burnaby on a Friday or Saturday evening, I find myself stopping at Congee Noodle house for some late night snack. The price is reasonable and the food is very good. This is one of the more popular Hong Kong style restaurants around town. Service is not great but it's late and I'm hungry. Food is good and fast; I'm satisfied. By the way, careful if you decide to park in the rear parking. Pretty tight space. Back-in if you can.
