Save On Dry Cleaning

My friend had a very terrible experience to make dry cleaning in this store. After the cleaning, one coat was damaged and the other one was totally not cleaned yet. My friend requested for refund, however the owner refused. In addition, she asked security to force my friend out of store. In addition, this owner would not give you a receipt with any amount on it. But when pay for the bill, you will find that the bill will be totally different from what she said before. I don't know why this store will be exist here for that long time. It is totally a liar. For the safe of your clothes, I highly recommend don't go to this store for cleaning.
