We have had LM Gardening service our Townhouse complex for about a year and now released them from their contract. We found that what they promised they would do, according to the contract, was not done and despite numerous attempts to correct the situation by sending emails via our Strata Manager and onsite discussions, there was no improvement. Specific issues were not handled and performance was below the level of the previous company whom we also fired. We also observed that the effort put forward by the workers on site was not thorough leaving much of the work incomplete.
