I live in the sister building of 60 Oakmount and certainly have not been harassed because I'm not from Eastern Europe. I find the management of the building to be excellent. I've lived here 15 years and have had no trouble getting repairs done right away. I have never seen a pest (except once years and years ago) and that was taken care of too. No other problems. These are not "top class" properties such as Minto, but with the swimming pool, proper repairs and speedy response from the office, I can't complain.
