I've been ordering take out from Hong Yu for a few years, and the food has never disappointed. The hot and sour soup may be the best in the province; kan shao green beans are superb. The noodle dishes are typically nicely done. Food is always fresh. The one caveat: do NOT use their online ordering system. Have had some major problems with them not receiving the order. On the up side, if you have to order on the spot, they are pretty fast.
