Went in for dinner for my sister's birthday. We opted to do, what they call, a sake flight which includes 3 shots of different sakes. Being new to sake, this was the perfect way to start trying something new. The sommelier came to our table and explained to us how sake is made and why each one would taste different. It was rather interesting and added a conversational topic to our table as we tried each different sake. According to them they have the most extensive sake list in Canada. The food was good as usual and atmosphere was great too. To comment on one of the posters below, the style of service is slower because there are lots of things on the menu to try and share. I have been in and out in 45 min and i have dined for 3 hours with just 2 people. If you have a timeline, its best to let the servers know.
