We made a lunch reservation at the other location and despite arriving on time they had not kept a table for us. They asked us to go over to the Toronto St. location which was a bit of a hassle since one of the ladies with us was very pregnant. Once we got there we were given a table, but one of my colleagues had complained to the staff and they offered us some free antipasto to compensate us for the bad experience.
