Called and asked for a site visit by a sales rep as we had never used them before in the past, and they came by and sucked out our tank without approval and told use they only took out 200 liters from a 2500 liter tank that was never emptied for some time. They never had approval to do so and they have never called me back explaining why they did. Not to be trusted!!
