Terrible customer service skills from Brock Little of Lifestyles. After a 9 week delay for my FOB, I was ignored and overlooked despite several emails. I had told Brock that I was relying on my neighbors to buzz me in every single day several times. Chubb Edwards was to blame for 6 weeks of the delay. 3 weeks after FOBs arrived, Brock ignored my emails and did not alert me that they had arrived. I was treated in a condescending manner and was very displeased with the outcome of the situation. I would highly recommend staying far away from any building where the strata deals with Lifestyles.
