Greyhound Courier Express

I sent a big parcel to Grande Prairie from Prince George. I shipped it out on July 17. My son did not hear anything from them. I called Greyhound in Prince George, and they said that it had arrived in Grande Prairie 3 days ago, today being July 25th. I informed my son that it was in the Greyhound , he could go and pick it up. When he got there, he gave his information and was handed a small emergency medical package, and he said this is not mine. The last name was the same , but was not his package. The package I sent was quite heavy and big. So the girl said "that is all I have here with your last name on it". He called me at home to ask for a number that he could give her to find the correct package. I gave him the Waybill number, and she found the correct box. My point here is, she gave him what was probably an expensive medical emergency package, that did not belong to him. If it was anyone else, they may have taken it. I don't think this kind of thing should be happening!!
