I had the misfortune of dealing with this company in April of 2013. Storstac sold us a brand new pump and motor for our truck. I had the pump and motor installed in-house by a staff member. However, the pump did not work properly. In response to the problem, the service manager at Storstac told us it was just a "Wiring problem" and he could have it repaired in NO-TIME. Two days later, the service manager called to tell us that he had cured the problem at the cost of over $718.00. We were extremely unhappy with the cost as we were never told that it would cost nearly as much. After all, we were told it was just a "wiring problem". The service manager in response to our objection, sent us another bill for the same amount with a different description of the work. Looking for a solution to our problem we wrote to the vice-president of the company a lady by the name of Tara Dunn. She was completely indifferent to our concerns. We eventually had to pay this self-serving company if full to get our truck back.
