Unprofessional working attitude, complete confusion on basic construction requirements and process. Rude, and uncomfortable to work with. I highly recommend you do NOT work with Mehran or Atec in general. He will not show up for inspection on time, does not understand what documents city hall requires, and all around bad service and attitude.
