I think the people running this facility prefer to keep their heads in the sand instead of actually caring and making sure all of their residences are well cared for mentally and physically. Poor care on every level. Dignity and respect is lost with these people. OFCP actually wanted me to contact the health department in regards to poor, very poor care of the residences, one of which I know personally.
