This was a very negative experience, and my first place trying dresses. They became progressively pushy throughout my appointment. There were 4 other brides there crowded in the change rooms, and everything felt very hectic and rushed. The woman helping me was inappropriate, and kept opening the curtain every time I was changing, exposing me to people walking by, and uncomfortably looking at me without clothes on. I found a dress that I somewhat liked, and they were VERY PUSHY in making me put down a deposit, threatening that they had a "sale" going on, and if I didn't get it now I would lose the sale price... Fully knowing that I had another appointment after this one, I only agreed to put a deposit down because they verbally told me I would get a refund if I found another dress. The next place I went to had the same dress for $250 cheaper. And of course, they refused to give me a refund - less than 24 hours after purchasing it. I felt completely ripped off. They don't care about customers at all.
