The owner on 2 separate occasions closed up shop for personal reason and has been unreachable for months. This is after we had started the process of doing our taxes. No attempts were made to communicate with us and let us know the reason for his absence as well as no apologizes or discounts offered of any kind. We could not get our paper work back to take our business elsewhere and had to put up with many failed attempts to reach the owner. I would not recommend using this service to do your taxes.
