The Longos market in First Canadian Place has one of the larger salad bars for the supermarket locations. It has a vast offering from greens to chopped vegetables and sliced fruit for under $10. It also has a hot table where you can choose from daily soups such as cream of broccolli, chicken soup, etc. And if you forget to pack a fruit for your lunch, you can shop in the market for seasonal produce. The prices are very comparable to your local grocery store and offers daily and weekly specials. It saves people a lot of time as they can pick up groceries at lunch or before heading home.
