This place is horrible. Went there to pick up a UPS package, the woman working at the time did not allow me to receive the package claiming my first name needed to match the first same on the slip. I showed her the UPS policy on pickups that explicitly states anyone can pick up a package as long as they have government ID containing the same address as the recipient along with the packing slip. Despite showing her written proof, she still denied me my package. If you want quality and informed customer service, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
