EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEOn June 1, 2015 my wife visited Flight Centre after seeing a vacation advertised to Maui. After meeting with a Travel Consultant he agreed to email details for this trip and another we are planning for September. When nothing was received by late afternoon on June 2, I called and spoke with the Consultant. He apologized for not emailing details as agreed and said again that he would email the information we had requested. He said he would be in the office all day on June 3 and my wife visited Flight Center again. The Consultant had called in sick and the other Consultant was unable to find the file and seemed reluctant to help my wife probably due to commissions, still, this is not good customer service. She said she would email our first Consultant. It is now 5 days since our original contact and we still haven't received answers to the simple questions that we asked. This morning we booked both our trips with another provider and will never consider using Flight Centre again.
